Born at Georgetown University Hospital, J.P. is a true native of the area, having lived in many areas of the District of Columbia, Maryland and Northern Virginia. J.P., who is fluent in both English and Spanish, studied business at the University of Salamanca, Spain and completed his formal study of business at Johns Hopkins University, receiving his Masters of Business Administration.

Over his 18 years in real estate and real estate development, J.P. has been a Top Producer agent at several prominent firms. He was a Top Producer with Prudential Real Estate and Sotheby's International Realty, as well as an Executive Director of Luxury Homes for Keller Williams. He holds a Certificate in International Real Estate for Local Markets from the prestigious Certified International Property Specialist network.
